C/M PART MOLD - SHEET FORMING

Material choice

Fast-grown fabric treated then bio-print wrap or paint treatment then effective light bio-clear coat with gloss or matte finish

Part molds then material choice on weight to strength ratio

A simple, fast process to punch out using a hybrid automated 3d print or like process from raw & repurposed material

The conveyor effort with OEM & Aftermarket Brand molds for each part

Larger one piece connecting frame sections require a slight different effort while custom suspension designs can utilize a coil-over hybrid yet wider-lighter & stronger effort with advanced features then shock covers

Minimal reliance on non-bio & metal materials while focusing on a Zero Emissions  - Zero Cycle or close to process from start to finish while pushing to silo-farm low or zero emissions metal choice with any rust-free steel or aluminum & or copper then alloys or composites in the material production process

Renewable Energy & renewable resources first over repurposed pushing a permanent global transition trend

LOCAL - REGIONAL - DOMESTICS

European Coalition Countries & Territories including Commonwealth Sect like Canada not unlike USA or other independents can transition to this effort

Raw-material supplies & low cost partial to full automated advanced practices

Silo-Farmed Piston-Punch Metal Zero Emissions - Zero Cycle process utilizing raw & repurposed materials then a replacement cycle with a renewable approach with ground or rock excavation

Dirt to Molten Steel like all metals or alloys not composites

Lowering international reliance on 75-90 / 90-100% of raw & repurposed materials

This process by CIG with open source efforts alongside licensable efforts voids traditional reliance in favor if modernized practices

Compressed dirt & other material choice like renewable safer fabrics & bio-plastics rather than non-combustion oils are all considered in meeting the Zero-Emission - Zero Cycle effort while mass scale options like treated dryer lint can be additives for safe insulation

Silo-farming is different than verticle or horizontal as it offers higher layers of Yields without obstructing ground level area of growth

Replacing dirt & rock in landscapes is the challenge then processing contamination of air or water then ground to recreate a natural state of ecosystems then biological life while considering the Earth atmosphere with multiple natural & man-made disaster & hazard potential in process

International trade duties & tarrifs cease with fair trade then a local, regional & domestic effort . Increase the security &,economic foundation grid then void imports - exports while choosing careful on items purchased controlling demand

C/M - A SHEET-FORMING FINISH PREFERENCE

Bio-based polycarbonate sheets for sheet forming as a clearcoat with paint treatment or a printed skin underneath with bullet-proof treatment works for an exterior body then interior bullet-proofing for double protection & lightweight in a track race - street legal option for automotive

A simple lightweight X frame with bio-foam insulation completes the exterior body

Window treatments are simply a dual layer for air flow to void fogging utilizing a snowboarding - ski Google approach then no glass with a specific anti-shatter approach with easy to repair variables on any damage

Bio-based polycarbonate sheet, like Lexan, can be formed using similar techniques to traditional polycarbonate, including thermoforming, heat bending, and cold forming. Thermoforming involves heating the sheet and pressing it against a mold, while heat bending uses controlled heat to soften the sheet for shaping. Cold forming, done without heat, allows for slight bending but is limited in the complexity of shapes that can be achieved.

Thermoforming:

Heating: The sheet is heated until it reaches a pliable state, often between 140-155 °C, which is within the glass transition temperature range of Lexan.

Pressing: The heated sheet is pressed against a mold using various methods, including vacuum, pressure, or mechanical pressure.

Cooling: The formed part is cooled and removed from the mold.

Heat Bending:

Heating: Heat is applied to the sheet, often using tools like a heat gun or a heat element, to soften it for bending.Shaping: The softened sheet is then bent or shaped as desired.Cooling: The formed part is allowed to cool and harden.

Cold Forming:

Shaping: The sheet is bent without heating, often in a jig or over a mold.Limitations: This method is generally suitable for creating simple curves and is not as versatile as thermoforming or heat bending.

Additional Forming Techniques:

Line Bending: A narrow, heated strip is used to soften the sheet along a line, allowing for bending without significant thickness loss.Free Forming: High air pressure is used to blow the heated sheet into a dome shape.

Important Considerations:

Glass Transition Temperature:

Exceeding the glass transition temperature (between 140-155 °C for Lexan) can lead to a decrease in the optical quality of the sheet.

Protective Coatings:

When thermoforming Lexan Margard, it's important to consider the effect on protective coatings, which may need to be removed or adjusted during the process.

UV Resistance:

For applications involving prolonged sun exposure, UV-resistant Lexan sheets are available, such as Lexan Clear SL or Clear SL2.

This is the safest & lightest weight approach for track race - street legal strength to weight ratio to compliment C/M designs while meeting Zero Emissions - Zero Cycle efforts in the build & maintenance of

Simple process

Body + dual window treatments
Paint or skins + digital projected options within
Bullet proof panels within then X frame with foam & bullet proof treatment for dual protection in a lightweight - strong effort

Easy to repair exterior body & paint or skin area if rocks or debris of any kind or an impact occurs then front - rear bumper treatment

Anti-shatter - anti-rust sheet forming exists using different metal options yet C/M is focused on alternative material choice

C/M STANDARD FEATURES

Automotive over others. Traction Control

Traction control & performance mapping for with aceleration & deceleration

Simple ESC Electronic monitoring of traction on wheels with a back-up Switch-Back system for a backup connecting to the ESC - Electronic Speed - Electronic Transmission system utilizing a Switch-Back system
