THE NB-OT LABS ARE ILLEGALLY OPERATING

If the Law-Courts & Police or Intelligence interests or Banking Institions connected to areas of the Public Sector - Government expect to review anything P.K-K.T Labs are standardized for Research & Investigations whole NB-OT Labs had no legal right to have anyone's brains - bodies hooked up to anything at all & or to review extracted memory from birth to present time & or to carry out anything against them wirelessly from control or psyche efforts

These facilities with rehabilitation resources will compliment traditional prisons, mental wards or mental institutions then specialty facilities separate from Emergency Shelters then Capsule & Tiny House complexes separate from other housing to meet Basic Needs & Earned Privilege efforts in earning merit from demerit

These facilities offer a multi-plex break even - for profit effort where homeless people can live at on-site Capsule - Tiny Homes with resources while those within the larger incarcerated area are locked in light, medium or higher security segragating sections then used for labor to earn their keep while doing so for their victims of acts consciously chosen 

Utilizing a 50-75% prison population workforce while those that want to work can for 1-3 weeks yet everyone gets their 1-2 weeks off monthly for resources & rest then locked down tradtions with a hybrid approach to punishment & rehabilitation 

It is a school process to educate & rehabilitate so people can learn then rebuild successful lives

The relevance that North Bay & area is to my life is minimal. I was born in & raised in the area yet as a teenager I began relocation efforts to focus on work, studies & my career while rarely keeping in contact with those from the area or others connected & or those that relocated while focusing on Sudbury - Montreal then international interests connected to my Uncle Rogers then client Tim's investment group

I rarely communicate with few I had met or spent time around as a child (ages 0-12) or teenager (ages 13-19)

My adult life discludes such due to different schedules & little time to consider ages 20-39/40 while I connect with few few family & extended family members
